This review expresses my negative feedback with respect to the durability of reusable lunch bags.

I find the repositioning of the handle makes the bag more difficult to carry. The weight of the bag is now off the lid and off the velcro connection between the lid and the bag, causing it to be off center.

After learning that I can't pack too much in it for a twelve hour shift or it thaws too fast, I really started to love it. It holds the perfect temperature, just have to learn how much to put in it. However, after using it for only 2 months or so just for a typical sandwich in a baggie, bag of chips etc nothing heavy and taking good care theres a rip at the seam as pictured. So the temperature doesnt hold at all now.
