They immediately refunded my money and promised to send a pack of replacement heads for free once they were available, but I was skeptical that they would actually address the design flaw that caused the issue so many people encountered.
The original problem may have been an isolated occurrence for that batches, since none of the replacement heads have had the stem pull off of the base.
I have to say that their new units are very good replacements for the Philips, and they are still intact and being used around the household.
After my review appeared, they immediately refunded my money and promised to send a pack of replacement heads as soon as they became available.
I have been using these replacement heads for a couple of years now and I have to say that they are very good for what I am used to doing with my brushes. The bristles seem a bit softer than the ones that came on the sonicare, but I feel no difference in its performance
Question & Answers
Is it compatible with the Philips sonicare HX6720?
When I bought mine, I called Sonicare and was told that they would fit any accessory you have, as long as it looks like the model brush you have.
Will it fit hx6210?
I don't know much about the various model numbers, I know that I have an early E series brush so that's what I searched for when finding these brush heads.
Is the product same as when it used to be sold here at Sonimart?
They are all-plastic, do not have a colored band, and wear out within a few uses.
Will this fit the Sonicare HX8250?
I don't think these will fit your model. I believe there are other generic brushes that will fit your model.
What is the firm, soft or medium size of the bristles?
Many people have opinions about them being soft or firm, and we would like to think that they are on the softer side.
