I was not satisfied with the old recessed can lights and had LED flood lights in there but they still looked aesthetically bad. I really wanted the flush LEDs. I found these trim kits but was concerned about the reviews of the clips breaking. As an engineer, I am impressed with the overall design of these lights. The clips are absolutely fine. Maybe they changed the design since those old reviews but no issues at all and the design is solid.
