The pillow cover is soft and does not cause overheating.
Having the cushion under my shoulder raised my head slightly and made for a much more comfortable position with the pillows I have. This indicates that the cushion has good breathability.

The pillow is perfect for lounging while reading in bed. It is nice and big, supportive, of good quality, with great stitching, and very comfy.
I find the pillow to be well made with a good cover and softly firm cushions.

The pillowcase has zippers with flaps to avoid discomfort while sleeping and is of excellent quality.
