After initially worrying about the installation process, I called Fotile service and they provided the best solution and recommended which part to get.
I was able to install the range hood mostly by myself with a little help when moving the range hood up to the mounting bracket. The process is pretty straightforward, although it can be a little time-consuming. Fotile provides a tutorial for the installation which was very helpful.
