I can pick up K Above radar signals over half a mile away on the interstate with my radar detector, giving me enough time to adjust my speed.
I am disappointed with the accuracy of the device.
I have found that the radar is not as accurate as expected, with false alerts and delayed alerts.
After using the radar detector for a month, I noticed that it picks up a lot of error warnings and sometimes detects motion detectors from home alarms. It works best during long drives on the open freeway, but I expect a lot of false warnings when I come into the city.
