I had to build confidence in the stability of the drone to get close to the outer edges of my solar panels. I used the digital screen of my phone connected to the remote control to drive out the pigeons.
I can only go about 1 mile in range, but I have seen range test can go about 6 miles with direct line of sight.
I advise not flying the drone fast in sports mode or attempting loops until you have mastered the basic controls.

I compared the flight stability of two drones, Holy Stone and DJI Mini SE 2. The DJI Mini SE 2 was very stable even in windy conditions and naturally balanced and stabilized itself. However, the Holy Stone drone constantly drifted and was sidetracked by wind.
