I feel confident that the punching bag is well made and durable, and it will not break even if my kids throw it too much.
The bag is very durable and can take a beating while keeping its shape. I have used it for hard punches/kicks with proper technique.
I have been using the punching bag for several months and it is aging nicely. It is thick and rock hard but when struck, it gives just enough so that my joints arent taking the force returning to me. There are no soft spots even at the top of the bag, just a few bulges which is to be expected.
