I can easily do pull-ups as the build quality is very sturdy and it supports my weight.
After using it for P90X for the second time, the bar still works great and is sturdy.
The pull-up bar is a great value for the money and easy to install. It has held up well under 3-4 times a week use for mostly pull-ups and leg raises over the last couple of months. There is a slight bar flex when grabbing closer to the middle, but I still give it 5 stars.
