I used a piece of plastic to remove the liquid and bubbles, and by the next day it was hard to tell it was there. This indicates that the product is bubble-free and easy to apply.
I worked out the air bubbles and edges with a hard rubber putty tool.
The bubbles over embossed buttons worked themselves out and it is very clear.
