I found a method to avoid bubbles while applying the protective shield to the bike frame.
It was difficult for me to put on the film without bubbles and wrinkles, but it worked and was cheaper than buying a pre-cut kit. It took me a few tries to get it right.

Installing the protective shield is not user friendly and bubbles form easily. A squeegee is not included.
