I found the Weedabeast BBQ gloves to be extremely comfortable and was pleasantly surprised by their comfort. The mitts came with a separate inner white cotton glove which added a layer of protection against heat and made it easy to slip the mitts on and off. The fabric is very flexible, making it easy to grab things.
