I am able to get 60 Mbps maximum with my router receiving 200 Mbps on the other end. The device works wonderfully and is perfect for gaming, remote desktop, streaming etc.
The powerline adapters are shaped a bit funny and stick out from the wall, which is a nitpick.
I returned the product and bought a new one that worked right out of the package.
