I have used these power-tool-replacement-parts on tools around my shop to connect them to a jet 1300 CFM dust collector.
I recommend the product as it was the cheapest option available at the time of purchase.
I had to replace the power-tool-replacement-parts with new ones of different compatibility to avoid clogging.
As soon as I hooked a hose to each of the 8 products I bought, they came apart.

I have replaced the cast aluminum blast gates with plastic gates on the more used machines and am very pleased with the effortless opening and closing of the gates.
I have found that the collar should be longer for attaching the hose, which is a common complaint.
Plastic models were not readily available. The aluminum gates are very durable but tend to stick open or closed due to fine dust settling in the track.
