The battery life is long and still fully charged even after using it for a week and a half. I was also able to hang pictures using the hammer and drill mode.
86% praised the rugged and durable construction, though 14% experienced wear and tear
I am not a professional, so I cannot comment on longevity or worksite durability, but the tools feel very well built.
I feel that the tools are well-built, but I cannot comment on their longevity or worksite durability as I am not a professional.
This product by Milwaukee is strongly built and extremely powerful for 12v machines.
I do not find blow molded cases to be efficient for storage and I never use them.
There is a slight wobble when I put a bit in, but it's much less than my DeWalt 20V 887 impact, which has horrible wobble.
92% found the tools to be powerful and efficient
I have praised the performance of the impact driver, with great torque and speed for a 12v tool.
I have found the impact driver to be great with impressive torque and speed for a 12v tool.
92% appreciated the clear and concise instruction manual, but 8% found it confusing
I love how fast the 12 volt stuff charges. With one tool and an extra battery on the charger, I can get through most jobs.
I expected the 12V tools to be lightweight and easy to use, but the 12V drill I bought weighs more than my full-size 20V Dewalt drill.
72% appreciated the comfortable grip and design, while 28% found it fatiguing
The 12v system with the battery in the grip is nice, but it makes the grip quite thick. It's recommended to hold it at Home Depot to see if it works, especially for small hands.
If you are coming from DeWalt, you will notice a different grip shape and angle. It is not uncomfortable, just different.
93% liked the compact and organized storage case, but 7% found it too bulky
The 12v system with the battery in the grip is nice, but it makes the grip thick.
I bought these 12V tools because of weight and ease of use, but this 12V drill weighs more than my full-size 20V Dewalt drill.

I am dissatisfied with the build quality of the power-tool-combo-kit. The replacement arrived with missing blades from the box, indicating poor packaging and quality control.
65% appreciated the clear and concise instruction manual

I had a question about the keyless chuck adjustment on my hammer drill and tried to contact Milwaukee for assistance. However, the tech person was unable to answer my question and did not call back. When I called back, I spoke to another tech who was combative and surly.
