I experienced a power surge and the surge protector failed to protect my devices.
I had a negative experience with this surge protector as it posed a fire hazard and almost damaged my desktop computer, printer, and television. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

I have complained about the mounting holes on the power strip. The screws slot in a way to where the weight of the cord pulls them to the wider opening which could lead this thing to fall off pretty easily, especially if mounted under a desk.
