I have found this power-rotary tool to be nice and easy to use. It already has a hole in the tip to stick a small screwdriver in the extension to remove bits, so there is no ball spring to wear out. It is just a tad quieter than my dremels were as well. I purchased another set to have on hand for just in case. I usually run them for a max of about an hour or so and this is holding up just fine after 4 months. I also remove the extension inner spline and lightly grease with high temp grease every 20 hours or so. Overall, I am satisfied with the performance of the tool.
