I have noticed that the chain tensioner on my unit requires readjustment every 10 minutes or less of cutting time or it throws the chain. The adjustment is a small allen head screw directly in line with thrown debris from the cutting process, so the screw sockets get plugged and have to be cleaned out before it can be re-adjusted.
