I was able to trim all the branches in an afternoon, stopping only once to charge the battery for about an hour.

The chain and bar quality of my power pole saw is good as it did not lock up at all and the chain did not hop off at any point after oiling it with Husqvarna bar/chain oil.
I dislike working with a chainsaw on a ladder, even a short one.
The chain and bar quality of my power-pole-saw is not good enough. It can cause the tension pin to be destroyed 10 times out of 10 if not cut at a specific angle.

I was able to cut off a thick branch from a large tree, but it was a slow process.
I have complained that the pole connections of the trimmer are weak as they are made of plastic. During disassembly after the last cutting job, one of the connectors came out and got loose, which has caused the trimmer to stop working.
The battery life and cutting performance are good, but the saw housing shape makes it difficult to see the cutting blade and the blade hook catches on anything in its way.

When fully extended, the power-pole-saw is a bit cumbersome, but not too bad.
After very little use, the electrical joint began to cause intermittent stoppage.
The pole connectors are made of cheap plastic and are flimsy, which makes me reluctant to hold the saw in the air. This is the entire reason for owning one and I believe it is a safety hazard.

I oiled the power pole saw with Husqvarna bar/chain oil and it did not lock up or hop off at any point.
So far, I haven't had any issues with the product, but I haven't used it enough to know its longevity.
I found that the unit did not work out of the box due to the electrical connections between the motor and the shaft not being in place.
The only negative aspect of the product is the chain lubricant leakage, which is inconvenient and requires me to drain the oil reservoir after use.
