About MAXLANDER Pole Saw 8-Inch Cordless Pole Saws for Tree Trimming
Overall Feedback:
69% positive
69% appreciated the long-lasting battery life, though 31% didn't
The removable battery is easy to glide in and out, recharges quickly (about an hour), and provides about 25 minutes of run time each.
As a 77-year-old, I found it difficult to handle the heavy power-pole-saw. I charged the battery fully, but it only lasted about 10 minutes before needing another charge, which took close to an hour. The battery lasted about 10 minutes again.
Initially, the replacement worked great but the batteries lost their charge over a period of 4 months.
My battery died after only 20 minutes of use and could not be recharged.
Once my battery was discharged, I was unable to use it properly again.
The battery life lasts for a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes.
66% praised the high-quality chain and bar, though 34% experienced issues
The quick chain adjust system is the best part of our power pole saw. It takes only 10 seconds and no tools to tighten the chain. We hope other manufacturers use this system soon.
I have experienced that the pole saw's chain falls off within a few minutes of use and it never cuts through anything.
70% praised the efficient cutting performance, while 30% struggled
I can extend the power-pole-saw to reach high limbs and cut branches of 5 inches thickness quickly.
I found the product easy to use for cutting thick weeds and sawing through long branches.
The pole saw never cuts through anything without the chain falling off in just a few minutes of use, even though I placed the chain on it correctly.
67% liked the extended reach, but 33% found it unstable
I can extend the saw to reach high limbs and cut branches of 5 inches thickness quickly.
I liked everything about it and was able to extend the pole.
The tool is lighter and less cumbersome to hold while reaching up. The adjustment head and grip allow me to reach around to the other side of the trees from the 17 ladder.
I had to adjust the chain tension as the saw jammed upon contact with the branch. To make it cut, I had to hold the head and lower it 1/8 inch at a time. My old 40v Kobalt has three times the performance compared to this.
66% liked the easy maintenance, but 34% encountered problems
The product is maintenance-free and lightweight.
After only 20 minutes of use, the battery stopped charging.
I found that the nut holding the blade was defective and prevented the screw from tightening the blade.
The hedge trimmers did not work.
68% found it easy to maneuver
I find the pole saw easy to assemble, operate, and maneuver around with. It's lightweight for its size and maintenance-free.
I was able to easily reach branches 15 feet in the air without being tall, demonstrating the maneuverability of the power-pole-saw.
66% appreciated the powerful motor, though 34% experienced issues
The tool is impossible to work with for more than 20 or 30 minutes due to its extreme weight.
Under heavy load, the chainsaw occasionally slips and lacks power.
70% were satisfied with the reduced vibration, but 30% weren't
I did not find any specific information about the vibration of power-pole-saws in the review.
The oil reserve tanks leak oil everywhere no matter how we store it.
