About Milwaukee M12 FUEL SURGE 1/4 in. Hex Hydraulic Driver 2 Battery Kit
Overall Feedback:
93% positive
88% appreciated the long-lasting battery life
The Milwaukee power-impact-driver is quieter, more powerful, and lighter than the Makita. It also runs longer on a two amp battery than the Makita 12 V does on a 3 amp battery.
The impact driver is of perfect size and has plenty of power even with 12V batteries.
Despite having a 12 Volt battery, I have incredible power with my impact driver.
91% appreciated the durable and rugged build
I find the Milwaukee M12 Surge to have a sturdy, comfortable grip, compact build, and quieter operation due to its hydraulic mechanism.
Compared to my previous Makita 18v 5ah, this one is 1.2 pounds lighter and has less than 50% size, noise, and vibration.
After using the Dewalt impact driver all day, I experienced pain and bruising in my hand. However, the current impact driver performs the same job better without causing any discomfort.
92% found it easy to use, but 8% found it difficult
The ergonomics of the tool are outstanding and the trigger on setting one is so sensitive that I can easily walk in a screw or bolt that last little bit without over tightening.
I have found that the driver is perfect in size and has plenty of power even with 12V batteries.
I can handle various tasks with the gun like screwing 3 inch lags, using self tapper or even tying in duplex receptacles.
In the reverse setting, the forward/reverse button hits my hand.
