I found that this impact drill is much better at drilling into concrete than a conventional drill. I was able to complete about 50 holes in concrete before the keyless chuck failed.
I found it difficult to take off and put back on the handle because it is a tight fit being plastic on plastic. The handle can be placed in many positions, but I needed to remove it frequently to access the chuck lock button.

I drilled through brick with this drill and it was respectable. I'm guessing a more expensive model would be faster, but this is a great drill for the price.
