I faced a problem with the cooling mechanism of the power-converter. The fan didn't turn on until the unit had been running at 4000w for about 5-10 mins. It got pretty warm before the fan first turned on. The auto temperature sensing and fan speed do appear to work. If the fan ever fails, 90mm 220v AC fans are under $20 on Amazon and it's easily replaceable.
