About Electric Brad Nailer, NEU MASTER NTC0040 Electric Nail Gun/Staple Gun for Upholstery
73% appreciated the adjustable depth control, though 27% found it limited
The adjustable power of the nail gun is excellent, allowing me to fire staples into 8mm slats at the correct depth.
I was impressed with the adjustability of the nail gun, especially the pressure adjustment knob that prevented overdriving of nails.
I found it easy to use, but couldn't get enough force to drive the nail deep into the board.
The nails/staples are driven inconsistently, never flush and never straight.
73% liked the long-lasting battery life
I have not mentioned anything about the battery life of the power-brad-nailer.
Applying pressure to the top of the gun head while sinking nails and taking time with the nailing helps in sinking the nails all the way. This could also relate to battery life.
70% praised the durable and low-maintenance design, though 30% experienced issues with wear and tear
The product is reliable, versatile, and a good value for the price. It makes difficult tasks quicker and more professional.
I have ordered this product twice, thinking the first one was just defective. It worked perfectly for a couple of times, but then it started jamming after every pull of the trigger. It is very simple to use and to un-jam, so it is not user error. I followed the instructions exactly. After it started jamming, it then stopped driving the nail into the wood. I use softwoods, so it is not the hardness of the wood.
71% appreciated the easy loading and unloading
The power adjustment is easy to use. It can be increased by turning clockwise and decreased by turning counter clockwise.
The power-brad-nailer is powerful and easy to use. It's important to follow the instructions and avoid using an extension cord.
71% liked the comfortable grip and handling, though 29% found it fatiguing
I was not able to apply enough force to get the nail deep into the board, which could be related to the grip comfort of the power-brad-nailer.
70% liked the quiet operation, though 30% found it excessively loud
I did not mention the noise level of the nailgun.
I experienced the gun jamming and shooting multiple brads at once, leading to more jams.
70% found it to be a high-performance nailer, but 30% experienced jamming issues
Throughout the entire project, I experienced fantastic performance from the gun with no jams or misfires.
I found that the unit is not good for even the most thin trim and 1/4 round.
70% found it to be lightweight and portable, but 30% found it too heavy
When I used two 25 ft extension cables, it did not work properly. The manufacturer does not recommend this.
When working at any height or distance, the lead is too short and it is a problem.
The product is corded and requires an outlet to use.
