I appreciate that the product has only a few ingredients and is naturally sweetened. I wanted to get away from diet zero sugar drink flavors due to their harmful ingredients.

I love this product, it's my favorite Crystal Light flavor. Both my sons are hooked on it too and we each drink at least 3 a day. It helps me drink more water and has a little caffeine kick. I prefer it in 24 oz of water as it's too sweet in 16 oz. Overall, it's an amazing product.
