I found that the milk powder mixes easily in lukewarm water and stays powdery even when frozen.
I suggest mixing powdered milk and sweetener with a little fluid first, stirring until it becomes a thick muddy consistency, and then adding more fluid until the viscosity is lower. Once the mixture is easy to swirl in the cup without the mixing tool, the rest of the fluid can be added.

Powdered milk is a great supplement for my 16 month old daughter. We used to give her Meyenberger powder before, but their quality has gone downhill since Covid. Our daughter gets very gassy when drinking whole milk from the store, and while Meyenberger goat milk was great for a while, it's not anymore. This stuff is more affordable, and not only does she love it and it has the efficient calories for her to grow, it also doesn't make her gassy at all.
I use this powdered milk as coffee creamer, for cooking and cereal. There is no declumping agent in it, which is great. This pure product is great for my needs.
