While ricing baked potatoes for a large Duchess serving at a dinner, I noticed that the pusher handle was misaligned and the spot welds connecting the pusher face to the handle failed.

Clean up is easy with the pin/hinge that holds the two parts together so they swivel. The pin slides out easily. Nice even pressure works great while using the ricer. Don't push too hard or abuse the tool, let it do the work and it will work great.
