This potato ricer is very easy to use with good quality stainless steel construction material that is strong and rigid. The long handles provide plenty of leverage, making mashing require little strength. The large bowl size allows for almost an entire potato to be mushed at once, allowing me to mash enough potatoes for six people in about five minutes, which is easily twice the speed versus a conventional masher.
