I am frustrated with the color of the mailbox. It is not what I expected and the demonstration pictures are inaccurate. I advise others not to trust the pictures and to expect a different color than what they think they will be getting.
The hinge on my door is poorly designed and wears down from friction, resulting in it not closing properly.
I noticed that the flag attachment system on a number of mailboxes is a poor design.
The latch is held in place with a sliding keeper and made of plastic.
