When fully charged, the battery life of my portable shortwave radio lasts a long time.

The portable shortwave radio has a compact size, ease of use, low noise floor, clean, crisp audio, rechargeable lithium battery, and uninterrupted coverage from 100 khz-30 mhz. It is a worthy successor to the Sangean ATS-818/Radio Shack DX-390, a shortwave workhorse which was discontinued a few years ago.
I found this radio very easy to use and hardly needed the manual except for understanding some memory functions.
