For my uses, the product has many advanced features despite seeming like a truck stop store product.

In dark lighting conditions, the LCD is difficult to read due to its small size and lack of backlight.
The controls of this portable CD player are confusing with buttons of the same size and shape, making it difficult to remember their functions. Additionally, the Stop button is located next to the Play/Pause button, which can lead to accidental stopping of playback.
The button descriptions are difficult to see and the buttons themselves feel very analog. The open/close button and mechanism are annoyingly difficult unless I am held/positioned just right.
