I faced an issue with the connectivity options of the keyboard. As soon as I turned it on, the screen went blank and an awful sound came through. The keys no longer worked as well.

I am dissatisfied with the sound quality of the piano. It sounds very poor and like something from a baby toy section. There is also a distinct sound difference between certain sections of keys, with the deeper tones sounding like a buzzer noise rather than a piano key.
