When it rained, the cover became weighted down and the water in my pool came up through the holes causing the cover to sink.
The pool safety cover is not weather resistant and comes loose from the rim of the pool due to wind. I had to use several ratchet straps to secure it but it still comes loose where the straps don't make contact with the cover.
