I have long and skinny feet. I ordered size 11 but it didn't fit. Then I ordered size 10 and it fit perfectly. I wouldn't recommend it to people with wide feet but for me who has trouble finding shoes for my narrow feet, it is perfect and stylish.
The sandals fit well and are true to size.
On the platforms-wedges, the top runs small. If you have wider feet, go with a half or full size larger.
