I have tested the lamp's four brightness settings at different times of the day and found them to be nice. The agave at the lowest and second from lowest setting at night was very unobtrusive and I did not notice it while watching TV. Based on my experience, I can say that this plant-growing lamp has received positive feedback from me regarding its brightness feature.
