I noticed that there is a slot across the top that the insert fits into and there is an opening at the back near the bottom that you can use to push the insert upward enough so that you can grip it and pull it out.
There is a slot at the top and an opening at the back to remove the insert easily.
The checklist board includes 2 sheets, a marker, 3 stickers, and accessories to be hung on the wall with nails.
