Nerd Chef's Steel Stone has 20x faster heat transfer than ceramic stones. It has finger holes to make it much easier to move and hang on a wall. Unbreakable and we promise its use forever. Steel is heavy and can be hard to handle. All are 16" x 14.25". Works great cold too. Use dry ice and you can make icing directly on top of it.
