  • What users have to say about ZeroWater ZP-006-4, 6 Cup Water Filter Pitcher

I got my Whole Foods organic water from the store and it tasted better at 70 than it did at 0, and I think some good tasting minerals were removed by the filter.

This is a cheap and convenient alternative to a full reverse osmosis system that only works for 10-40 gallons and it tastes a little different than most drinking water.

If I fill the top reservoir too much, they will get down the spout and I will have to drink them.

I immediately liked the taste of Zero Water and I know I am not a representative for the company.

You have to fill the basin three times to get a full pitcher of water.

    FAQ

    Q:

How long will water stay fresh in this new glass container if left out on the kitchen counter or in the fridge?

    A:

We have never had a water product in the past 5 years.

    Q:

Is there a way to set it on to make it higher to be able to get a glass under it, rather than leave it sit at the edge of the counter?

    A:

I keep the base close to the counter edge because I was disappointed that my favorite glass wouldn't fit underneath.

    Q:

I don't have enough room on my counter to put it on a water crock stand. Can it fit on it?

    A:

I wouldn't put it on a free standing water crock stand because the glass jar isn't snug on the metal base.

    Q:

Is it heavy for the fridge?

    A:

The dimensions are 18" tall including the knob on the lid and 9" in diameter, the spigot sticks out from the glass and the shelf needs to be able to support somewhere in the vicinity of 30 pounds.

    Q:

    Does this filter remove fluoride?

    A:

You can find out if the water is free of fluoride by taking a sample and sending it to a lab for testing.
