I loved the filter pitcher a few years ago and used it every day for my family of 3. I followed the directions for changing out the filters periodically with no problem. However, the makers redesigned their filter and immediately the quality of the water dropped. The filters don't last long and within just a week the water tastes of chlorine.
The pitcher was tough and I initially thought it was a problem with me. However, after reading other reviews, I realized it is a common issue. Additionally, the lid does not stay in place and I have to hold it while pouring to prevent water from spilling. I have had a personal experience with this issue as well.
The timer broke after the first 60 days, which is the duration of each filter. This indicates that the product is not durable enough.
