About HP Premium Plus Photo Paper
Overall Feedback:
80% positive
73% liked its long-lasting durability, but 27% found it prone to damage
I have used many high quality papers in the past where the difference between the print side and the back was so subtle that I had to guess and hope for the best.
I bought paper for my HP Envy 4500 but it turned out to be too thick. After checking the specs on the HP store, I realized my mistake. Now, I am reordering more user-friendly photo paper.
69% praised for its compatibility with various inks, while 31% experienced compatibility issues
This paper is supposed to be compatible with hp inkjet printers and hp envy printers, but it kept jamming when I tried to print on it.
69% liked the smooth paper texture, but 31% preferred a more textured finish
The paper is sturdy and does not curl after cutting.
The paper is not as good as the old soft gloss paper made by HP and it is not coming close to the quality of the old soft gloss.
81% praised for its vibrant print quality, while 19% noticed blurry images
HP watermarks their logo on the back of the paper, which eliminates the guesswork of which side to print on.
While printing on this paper, the picture quality drops significantly.
I noticed that the printer only printed the bottom inch of the photo at the top of the paper. This resulted in wasted ink and future print jobs being streaked.

I have noticed that the quality of HP paper has decreased significantly in the past 1-2 years. The paper's edges are rough on one side and cut at a slight diagonal on the other, resulting in a small white line when printed on.
