I am disappointed with the Canon matte paper as it is the worst I have used for quality photos.

Printing on the wrong side of the paper results in an awful output. The wrong side is slightly more beige than the right side, but it is difficult to tell the difference and Canon does not mark the wrong side. This is a significant drawback.

I am dissatisfied with the quality of Canon matte paper. It produces a dull print and is the worst I have used for quality photos. I tried using matte paper from a local Staples on the same settings and got a very nice print. I corresponded with Canon on this and they wanted me to try various settings using their program, but I got the same poor results.
This paper used to be my go-to for photo printing, but now it's too expensive compared to similar quality options.
