I assumed that the stand was adjustable and would be good for holding poster board behind a table, but it turned out to be too high for that. I wanted the 5 foot width, but the minimum height is close to 6 feet. I also could not remove a link from the lower base to shorten it because it is all held together with the bungee cords.

The stand is easy to assemble with sturdier metal pieces held together by bungee cord. Everything needed to assemble it is included, including a wrench for the screw. However, I am not a fan of the mechanism of the top pole and legs on the stand.
