I break off a piece of one of the discs and drop it in the water every time I see little squiggles in the container. The next day, the squiggles are gone, showing the effectiveness of the product in controlling the pests.
In my environment, I have found that using dunks is very effective in getting rid of mosquito larvae. Using 1/4 dunk works for a full month.
