The mirror is convenient to use in the bathroom as it is USB chargeable, eliminating the need for batteries or cords.

The mirror has rechargeable lighting, making it easy to move around without worrying about a cord.
I find the light good with three options, but I only use the brightest one which requires me to hit the touch screen 3 times. It would be better if the touch screen was on the 10x side and started with the brightest option.

The mirror is under a year old and won't take a charge. The bulbs stay dim as if the battery only accepts half the required charge to turn the lights on.
The mirror turns itself on and stays on for hours, even after I turn it off, causing the battery to drain faster.
My mirror's battery life is extremely poor and it often becomes dead despite a recent charge, which has resulted in several instances where I was unable to use the mirror to do my makeup.

I would change the light setting to be on the magnified side instead of the regular mirror side.
When I move the mirror, the post connecting to the base seems to loosen easily.
Adjusting the brightness by holding the power button down does not work well for me.
