I conducted an experiment to check the moisture level of personal-cleansing-wipes. I mixed toilet paper and one of these wipes in water, shook it up and left it sitting. After 3 minutes, the toilet paper was completely dispersed and small particles were floating. After 24 hours, the Good Wipes was still solid and very little was dispersed. After 3 days, it was still about 50% solid and 50% dispersed. After 7 days, the jar still had a small piece - about 10% solid.
