I have been using this pepper mill like crazy since it is well made with a nicely adjustable grind adjustment and well engineered.
I can adjust the grind fineness or coarseness by turning a wooden collar at the base of each grinder to the desired setting designated by tiny vertical markings from I to IIII.
The Peugot Pepper mill has a unique adjustment for pepper grind on the bottom section of its body, marked with lines showing the grind setting.
