The organizer has attractive ribbed orange plastic and is not too big to take up space on my desk.

I find the ribbed orange plastic organizer attractive and it doesn't take up too much space on my desk.
The feet of my pencil holder are smooth and it easily gets knocked off the desk. I suggest adding rubber to hold it in place.

I appreciate the five separate partitions for pens, pencils and other useful items.
The side pockets are too shallow for most things except paper clips. I would have preferred them to be deeper in case I want to put more pens, brushes, etc... in without them tipping over.

The pencil holder is lightweight with smooth molded plastic upside-down cones for feet, which have no traction on the desk surface. Due to this and the lack of weight in the base, the organizer slides around when I try to rotate just the top.
