I found the design of the pencil holder frustrating, which made the product difficult to use.
I am disappointed with the design of the pencil holder, particularly the adjustable band that causes indentation on the pages and/or damage to the spine and prevents the cover from shutting flat.

I am unsure about the durability of the pencil holder, but it can hold larger 8 x 11 letter size notebooks.
I am concerned about the durability of the pocket material. It seems like a plastic-y matte fake leather and I don't expect it to last long with normal to high wear.
