I find the grill to be extremely well built and therefore very heavy, making it very solid.

I noticed that the grill switched to a different temperature by itself and achieved the target temperature at the probe. The temperature started at 200* with a target temp at the probe of 160*, then the grill switched by itself to 220* with a target probe temp of 190*. This shows that the grill has good temperature control.
