I programmed the grave/tilde key into the escape key with a modifier using the SteelSeries GG program.
I couldn't get the System Monitor app to work with my AMD GPU out of the box. However, I downloaded a nightly build of LibreHardWareMonitor, extracted the dll, and replaced the one that comes packaged with the SteelSeries software. Now it works fine.
